Delivery Most orders will be dispatched as soon as possible from receipt of payment.
We will contact you to advise of a delivery date. All orders are shipped via 1st class Royal Mail. It is worthwhile inspecting the items for damage before any installation takes place. Damaged items must be reported within 12hrs of receipt.

Refunds
At DeSIGNS we are more than happy to refund the cost of your goods as long as they are returned to us in the exact same condition as they were sent to you. Upon receipt you must inspect the graphics and be satisfied that you have received exactly what you ordered and in the condition you expected. We cannot refund applied graphics.
How do I return an item?
If the item has been recently received and is faulty, then please call us and return it in the original packaging within seven days.
A new graphic will be sent out or your money refunded.
